MJD are excited to have started works at Gloucester Road Medical Centre for a valued repeat client, this is a phased project where we will be undertaking a complete refurbishment with extension.

MJD will be responsible for the following works:

🔧Adapt and extend existing heating system and hot and cold water systems.
🔧Installation of sanitary ware including accessible WC’s.
🔧The extension works include new Heat recovery and MVHR extract ventilation.
🔧New air conditioning to the Pharmacy area.
🔧Relocation of the consulting rooms existing sink units plus new sanitary ware.
🔧New radiator system throughout the 1st floor extension.
🔧Plant Room refurbishment.
