Scope of works

MJD completed all of the mechanical works involved in a 2 million refurbishment and new build extension of an old Victorian boot factory in Bristol. It’s proud heritage has been carefully renovated by architects and craftsmen.

The project run by BJ Campbell South West Ltd saw Olympia House; originally an old boot factory transformed into 26 stunning new residential flats.

MJD completed the works over a 40 weeks period, installing all of the hot and cold services, soil and waste pipe services and MEV ventilation systems as well as the install of all new sanitary ware.
