The sports changing facilities at Sunnyside Playing Fields have undergone a complete refurbishment and extension. The redevelopment works have included adding an additional three changing rooms as well as disabled changing rooms and toilets. The improvements have enabled female football and male football to take place alongside each other and have improved disabled access to the facility.

MJD were responsible for the design, supply, install and commissioning of new mechanical works throughout, inclusive of hot, cold, drainage and sanitary ware upgrades. The existing heating system was reused and extended to suit the new layout.
