The prestigious independent boarding school; Marlborough College has undergone a complete reconfiguration and extension of student boarding areas within Preshute House; a mixed boarding house, originally built in 1860. The project was split over 2 phases with phase 1 having a further 4 phases within.
MJD were responsible for the supply, install and commissioning of new mechanical services including plant area, LTHW heating systems, domestic services, drainage systems and local extract ventilation where required. Due to the building being for living accommodation, very tight programmes were hit to allow students back after the summer period.
