Gloucester Road Medical Centre has undergone a complete refurbishment and an extension to allow for a pharmacy building.

MJD were responsible for all of the mechanical engineering works involved in up-grading the existing systems to cope with increased space and loadings, including:

Adapting and extending the existing heating system and hot and cold water systems.
Installing sanitary ware including accessible WC’s.
Extension works including new heat recovery and MVHR extract ventilation.
New air conditioning to the pharmacy area.
Relocation of the consulting rooms existing sink units plus new sanitary ware.
New radiator system throughout the 1st floor extension.
Plant room refurbishment.

The medical centre was fully operational for the duration of the project, which required all works to be strategically phased.
