Scope of works

The new giraffe house at the Wild Place Project is now complete and MJD are delighted to have worked on such a prestigious project, removing the original structure making place for the new building which now houses an impressive board room with Juliet balcony, kitchen and facilities.

This was a 12 week project in which MJD installed all new plumbing & heating throughout the house, plant room, kitchen area, store room and toilets, all whilst the centre was still operational.

Mechanical installation including:

Supply and installation of pipework to services in the plant room, kitchen area and toilet.
Supply and installation of pipework feeding wash troughs.
Supply and installation of bib taps.
Supply and installation of sanitary ware to toilets.
Supply and installation of Gledhill direct water cylinder in store room.
Supply and installation of hot water heater to kitchen area.
Supply and installation of extraction fan to kitchen area.
