MJD are pleased to have completed our mechanical works at Yarnley House Care Home, Ringwood, Hampshire.

This was a brand-new purpose built private care home offering luxury accommodation for up to 72 residents.

All bedrooms have en-suites. Including a Hair salon and treatment room, Cafe, Cinema, Laundry room and Commercial Kitchen.

As with all our projects we continue to utilise “BREEAM” Which helps reduce environmental impact and promote sustainable energy use. Achieving a very good score when graded.

A great example on this care home is that it utilises a “CHP” system which significantly reduces energy costs and greenhouse gas emissions, by combining heat and power from a single fuel source.
