MJD Mechanical & Electrical Services are pleased to have been appointed M&E contractor for Beech House; a historic property in the heart of Bristol. Creating 16 luxurious, individually designed apartments along with there own high specification kitchens & bathrooms developed for Urban Creations.

This was a 40 week long project in which MJD were responsible for the full design, supply, installation and commissioning of all mechanical & electrical works including installing new plumbing, heating & ventilation systems to each apartment. Following this great project MJD now fulfill the facilities maintenance contract for these stunning apartments.
